Angie's 101 Things To Do

Last weekend, Scott, Austin and I attended the Atlanta Jazz Festival at Grant Park. In spite of a little rain, being 6 months pregnant and having a three year old in tow, it was really nice! The music was very nice and Scott and I talked about going next year when we can really sit down and enjoy it more… along with a glass of wine! 🙂

But it was a great afternoon with Austin.  There were plenty of things for the kids to do although he didn’t get to do everything before a rain shower came through and got everything wet.  We stayed though and it didn’t rain long. I’m glad we did- we stayed for a good three hours. It was a fun afternoon with the family. Lots of music, food, vendors and… people giving out the same fliers and advertising cards over and over again. LOL

We recently visited the Atlanta Zoo as part of Austin’s 3rd birthday celebration.  We really had a great time!  It was Austin’s first trip and he loved it. I really enjoyed it, too. My favorite animals to watch are the pandas. The mother panda was playing with her babies and it was really one of the most adorable things I’ve ever seen. She would knock them out of the tree and then grab them and give them a big hug. So funny.
