40. Finish boot camp #2! (post L.B.)

I did it again! I’ve completed my second fitness boot camp.  This one was an “extreme” boot camp and extreme does not even begin to describe it. It was HARD. On the second day, I got so dizzy and weak that I could barely finish class.  I had to sit in the car for about 30 minutes before I could drive home.  I didn’t know how I would survive! But I did and I went to every class for four weeks. I am happy with the results. I lost 10 pounds and 9 inches all over. I still have baby weight to lose but I feel great.  I feel stronger and my endurance has increased.  I followed a meal plan during the camp as well and it really helped me get my sugar and salt intake in check.  I am glad that I did another boot camp.  It’s challenging but it’s amazing how much you can push yourself in an environment like that!
